Introduction

Welcome to NatureWithNafisa. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to our website, services, and participation in our events, retreats, and experiences.

By accessing our website or booking an event, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

Event Bookings & Payments

Booking Process

• All bookings are subject to availability
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• Bookings are confirmed only upon full payment
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion

Payment Terms

• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated
• Prices are listed in GBP unless stated otherwise
• Prices may change, but confirmed bookings will be honoured
• Payments are processed securely via third-party providers

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of retreat planning and the substantial non-recoverable costs incurred in advance, including, but not limited to, accommodation, venue hire, facilitators, transportation, permits, and third-party services—all retreat payments are strictly non-refundable.

No refunds, credits, exchanges, or transfers will be issued under any circumstances, without exception. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation or non-attendance, including but not limited to:

• Personal illness or injury (including COVID-19 or any medical condition)
• Family or work-related emergencies
• Adverse weather conditions
• Travel disruptions
• Government restrictions
• Force majeure events
• Change of personal circumstances or intent

Participants acknowledge full responsibility for their ability to attend.

If a participant is unable to attend, arrive late, or leave early for any reason—including missed or delayed transport—the retreat fee remains fully payable and non-refundable.

By booking, participants expressly acknowledge and agree to these terms in full.

Participant Responsibilities

By attending, you agree to:

• Respect all participants, facilitators, and the environment
• Follow all safety instructions
• Maintain respectful, modest, and appropriate conduct
• Inform us of medical conditions in advance
• Respect the spiritual nature of the experience

Health and Safety

Participation may involve physical activity and outdoor environments.
By booking, you confirm that:

• You are physically and mentally fit to participate
• You understand the risks involved
• You participate entirely at your own risk

Media & Photography Consent

During events and retreats, photographs and video content may be captured for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes across digital platforms, including but not limited to our website, social media, and partner channels.

By booking and attending, you provide your full consent to be included in such media.

If you do not wish to appear in any photos or videos, you must notify us in writing via email prior to the event and before any content is captured.

We will make reasonable efforts to respect your request; however, we cannot guarantee exclusion from all group or background content.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, materials, and experiences remain the intellectual property of NatureWithNafisa.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any materials without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NatureWithNafisa, including its directors, employees, contractors, facilitators, partners, volunteers, and affiliates, shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, illness, delay, or expense of any kind.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Personal injury or illness
• Emotional or psychological distress
• Loss or theft of belongings
• Travel disruptions
• Environmental or weather conditions
• Activities undertaken during the retreat
• Third-party services

Participation is undertaken entirely at your own risk.

Insurance Requirement

All participants are solely responsible for obtaining appropriate:

• Travel insurance
• Medical insurance
• Cancellation and interruption coverage

We do not provide personal insurance under any circumstances.

Personal Belongings

Participants are responsible for their own belongings at all times.

We accept no liability for loss, theft, or damage.

Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless NatureWithNafisa and all associated parties from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Participation in the retreat
• Travel to and from the event
• Personal conduct
• Breach of these Terms
• Injury, loss, or damage caused to themselves or others

This obligation survives the completion of the retreat.

Code of Conduct

We are committed to a safe, respectful, faith-centred environment.
Participants must:

• Treat others with kindness and respect
• Maintain confidentiality
• Respect Islamic values and modesty
• Avoid harmful or disruptive behaviour

Violation may result in removal without refund.

Changes to Events

We reserve the right to:

• Modify schedules
• Change facilitators
• Adjust locations if necessary

This does not constitute grounds for refund.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
